Submit Your App to the Apple App Store Hassle-Free
When using SupaPass, submitting your app to the Google Play Store becomes a breeze. Once you've completed all of the sections and clicked "submit," our system takes care of the rest. However, there are a few steps that need to happen before your app will be live in the store.
Google Review
Your initial submission
We'll need to run a few checks on your app to make sure everything is ready to go, for this reason your first submission will take approximately one working day to be sent to the App Store.
Google reviews your app
After submission, your app will undergo Google's review process, which can take up to 7 days. Please keep in mind that the review timeline may vary. Google will review your app, store listing metadata and any subscription products you submit against their Developer Content Policy.
During the winter holiday period apps will take longer to review. If you're looking to launch an app in December, please contact us to discuss timelines.

FAQs
Why can't I promote test builds?
Android test and release builds are composed of different file types, this allows you to download preview builds of your app more quickly. Once you're satisfied with the preview version, you can easily generate a new release build.
Why can't I test purchases in the preview app?
In order to test purchases in a test app it needs to be uploaded to the Google Play testing track, and dedicated payment testers need to be added to your app. This process can take several days and delays the release of your app, we regularly test the payment systems so you don't have to.
