In the App Setup you'll see an additional tab for 'Status', this tab contains a table with information about the status of current and past app builds. This table includes:
Date the build was triggered
App Version and Build number
Platform - Android, iOS or tvOS
Status
A button to trigger further actions
To find out more about what the statuses mean, and the next action you can take, consult the table below.
Status | Platform(s) | Meaning |
Processing | Android, iOS, tvOS | The app is currently processing, you'll need to return later to take action. |
Available On TestFlight | iOS, tvOS | Your iOS or tvOS app is available to preview using the TestFlight app.
You can choose to release this version directly from SupaPass by clicking the "Submit for Review" button. |
Available To Preview | Android | A test version of your Android app is available, click "Download Preview" to download the preview app to your phone. |
Submitted for Review | Android, iOS, tvOS | Your app is currently in review.

App Review Failed | Android, iOS, tvOS | Your app has failed review. Find out how we handle app rejections. |
App Review Approved | Android, iOS, tvOS | Your app has been approved for release, but is not yet available due to the release date you've chosen. Click "Make app Live on Store" to release it now. |
Live on Store | Android, iOS, tvOS | Your app has been released and is live on the store |
Please check your Apple Agreements | iOS, tvOS | Check your Apple Developer Agreements are up to date and then request a new build. |
Please check your Google Agreements | Android | Login to your Play Console and accept any account agreement prompts. |
