We know that good data is the key to the success of your business. That's why you can now export your sales information directly from SupaPass to analyze in your favorite spreadsheet tool.

Managing your sales data

Find individual sales and export lists for your records.

Sales data at a glance

The sales tab provides quick insights to your sales, with the most recent displayed first. It displays the user's email, the date of the transaction and the payment provider used.

Top Tip

Need to look up a specific sale? You can search for a sale by email address or filter by status to see cancelled and ended subscriptions. Then click on the link in the table to find out more about the sale.

Depending on how you make sales there are many things about a sales record that could interest you; your most popular products, the access codes being used or the most common payment providers. You can get all this information and more by exporting your sales data.

Just follow these simple steps to download your data:

  1. From the left menu, click 'Sales'.

  2. Click the 'Export (to CSV) button.

  3. Select the file you want to export, then click the download button.

Understanding Sales Data

Here's a breakdown of the information included in both the table and the export.

Column

Meaning

Export or table?

ID

The unique ID of the subscription in the SupaPass system

Both

Status

The status of the subscription.

Active = Currently active

Cancelled = the subscription has been cancelled but the user has access until the end date.

Ended = the subscription has been ended, the user no longer has access.

Both

Date

The date range that the access is valid for. Use of the ∞ symbol means that access does not expire.

Both. The start, cancelled and end dates are all shown separately in the export.

Number of transactions

The number of transactions for that sale. For example, a monthly subscription with 5 transactions has renewed 5 times.

Number of code redemptions

If access has been redeemed by a code it will show here.

Redeemed Coupon Code

Which code was used

Export

License Applied

Whether a group license was used to grant access.

Product Name

The name of the product that sale applies to.

Email

The email address of the user

First Name

First name of the user, if provided.

Export

Last Name

Last name of the user, if provided.

Provider

The payment provider. This appears as a logo in the table and a letter in the export (A - Apple, G - Google, S - Stripe)
