Send End Subscription data to Klaviyo
Updated over a week ago

The end subscription zap is the companion zap to the new subscription zap, you can use it to update certain data when a user ends their subscription. If you do not plan to segment your audience on the basis of having an active subscription to a particular product then this zap is completely optional.

Trigger: End Subscription

  1. Create a new Zap.

  2. Select SupaPass as the Trigger and choose the event 'End Subscription'.

  3. Give the Zap an appropriate name such as 'End SupaPass subscription in Klaviyo'.

  4. Choose whether to receive historic data. We recommend choosing 'false' if you have existing users and importing them via csv first.

  5. Continue and test the zap.

Action: Find a Subscriber in Klaviyo

  1. Create an action and select 'Klaviyo', choose the event 'Find a subscriber'.

  2. Select the List you want to search. If you're updating multiple lists from SupaPass you will need to duplicate this zap for each list.

  3. Match the email field to the SupaPass email data insert.

  4. Leave the 'Create Klaviyo Subscriber if it doesn’t exist yet?' unticked, then click Test and Continue.

Action: Update subscriber in Klaviyo

  1. Add another Klaviyo action and select the 'Update Subscriber' event.

  2. In the Action section, click into the Subscriber box, then click 'Custom'. Under the dropdown for the previous Klaviyo action you can select the ID.

  3. Scroll down to the bottom of this section that contains Custom Properties. In this section you can update some of the Custom Properties sent through from the SupaPass Trigger such as the Subscription End date or the Product.

  4. Click Continue, then Test, then Publish.
