Visitors to your site can submit queries to your through the build in contact form. Some of that information can also be sent to your CRM using the instructions below.
Trigger: New or Updated Contact in SupaPass
Create a new list in Klaviyo titled 'SupaPass Contact Form' or a similar appropriate name.
Create a new Zap, select SupaPass as the Trigger app and 'New or Updated Contact in SupaPass' as the event.
Set historic data to 'True'. Unlike other data the contact form list is not exportable from SupaPass, so you'll want to bring over any data already collected.
Test and Continue.
Action: Add Subscriber in Klaviyo
Add an action with Klaviyo as the app and Add Subscriber in Klaviyo as the Action.
Select the Contact Form list you created earlier.
Match up the fields with the matching SupaPass data inserts.
Continue, Test and Publish
