The activity tab allows you to generate reports showing how often your content is played and who are your most active users within a given time period. By tracking the number of plays you can see which content performs best and tailor your future releases.

The first activity screen shows a table of content plays below the filter options. The default table lists your audio and video content by number of plays.

Use the filters at the top of the page to refine your results by Date and by type, such as by title or List. You can use one filter per search.

For a business customer with a dedicated List, filter Activity by Content by that List and your reporting date range to see the plays for each track in the List. The filters for User, List, Section and Content Type are alternatives: choose one at a time alongside the date range.

Find out how much your biggest fans are engaging with your content using the Activity by User tab. Apply filters to the results to get deeper insights, just like you can with the Activity by Content tab.

To use Export to CSV, add the paid Export Content & User Activity Data power-up from Usage in your dashboard. The content export includes the title, Content ID, content type, creation date, total plays and plays per month. The user export includes each user’s total plays. These exports help you keep a reporting record alongside the insights in the Activity tabs.
