What can I see in SupaPass?
Use Activity for audio and video plays; article views are not currently tracked there. Use the User Directory for registrations and Commerce / Sales Dashboard for sales and subscriptions. If you are on Starter Plan you need to buy the relevant Powerup to gain access.
Where do I find app information?
Use Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console for store installs and available audience information. Use Firebase for configured app events and app analytics.
What about website visitors?
Connect Google Analytics for website traffic and page activity. Website analytics and native app analytics are separate setups. Check your Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager configuration to avoid counting events twice.
