Give the conversations your content inspires a home of their own. Community brings your audience together inside your app and website, where they can ask questions, share ideas, and get to know the people who enjoy your work.
Imagine a listener discussing your latest episode, a learner sharing their first win, or an experienced member helping someone get started. Your content becomes a starting point for participation - and there is something to come back to between releases.
What you can do with Community
Create a Community Page with Topics, which are live chat rooms around a shared interest.
Bring your content into the Community experience with Content Feeds and Discussions on Content.
Let members respond with reactions and use @mentions to involve someone in a conversation.
Manage participation with moderation tools.
Live Chat & Community Spaces includes these features and 10,000 Community Credits each month. User profiles and avatars are free for everyone. Member Engagement adds Community notifications. Check the features available in your current setup before introducing them to members.

What you need
Live Chat & Community Spaces provides the core Community features. You can get it separately or as part of Community Engine. All Access Growth always includes Community Engine and all its features. Check your current plan or contact us if you are unsure whether Community is included.
Did you Know 💡You can view your current plan and what you are using in your Usage & Plans screen on your dashboard.
Start with a useful conversation
Choose a purpose your audience will recognize. For a podcast, that might be discussing the latest episode. For a course, it could be exchanging ideas about a lesson. These are examples of how to use Community, rather than limits on what you can create.
Start with a small number of relevant Topics, explain what each is for, and invite people to contribute. A question such as “What stood out to you in this episode?” gives members an easy first step. Reply to early contributions so newcomers know someone is listening.
Try one small launch: create an introductions Topic, invite members to share why they joined, and start a discussion around your newest content. You give people a clear way to take part, rather than leaving them to work out what to say.

Frequently Askes Questions
Do my members need to download anything?
Do my members need to download anything?
No. Members can use Community inside your website, or in your own app if you have one. Existing members use the same account they use for your content. People joining your website for the first time register there.
Can I move my existing Discord, Facebook, or WhatsApp group across?
Can I move my existing Discord, Facebook, or WhatsApp group across?
You can invite your existing members to join your SupaPass Community. Existing posts and messages are not transferred, so conversations start fresh. You can keep the old group open while showing members where to join in.
Can I make my Community available only to paying members?
Can I make my Community available only to paying members?
For Topics, use Product access to assign a Paid Product. Members with any one of the assigned Products can participate, so leave out free Registered Products when setting up a members-only Topic. Chat on paid content uses separate settings; its access rule still needs confirmation before this answer can cover that experience.

Why use SupaPass Community instead of a separate platform?
Why use SupaPass Community instead of a separate platform?
Your conversations live alongside your content, under your brand, with the same SupaPass login. A listener can discuss an episode or a learner can ask a question while the content is fresh in their mind. See SupaPass Community vs Discord, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp and Circle for the comparison.
What should I post first?
What should I post first?
Start with a question people can answer easily: “What brought you here?” in an introductions Topic, or “Which idea will you try?” beside a lesson. Add your own response and welcome early contributions.
Can I start with one Topic?
Can I start with one Topic?
Absolutely! One clear, actively hosted Topic is a useful starting point. Add more when there is a distinct conversation to support, so members know where to go.
