Configure your Website Settings

For Comments, FAQs, EULA, Marketing Video and Contact Form

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Settings section of the Builder is where you'll find all of the great enhancements you can make outside of the branding and navigation. These settings control how users will interact with your website by allowing them to get in touch with you, leave comments on your content, view your marketing video and more.

General Settings

In the general settings of your Site and App, you have the option to change the name of the website as it appears in your dashboard.

User Comments

You can also toggle user comments in your general settings - this will allow you to determine whether or not you want to allow comments on certain types of content, such as Gated Content (paid or secret) or whether to allow comments on Free Content when users are logged in. Both of these are enabled by default.

two on toggles, the first enabling user comments on Gated (paid or secret) content, the second allowing comments to be made on free content by users that are logged in

FAQ

SupaPass creates a dedicated FAQ subpage for your website if you toggle this setting on

You can choose by referencing an external URL - in case you have FAQ page on a different marketing site.

Or you can toggle to Paste Text and a text box will appear to add your FAQ

Once you've saved your progress, the copy will appear in your subpage /faq

SupaPass will also add a FAQ footer link

EULA

SupaPass also has a dedicated Eula subpage if you switch this setting on. This can be done by either pasting the text directly into the text box, or by linking to an external page elsewhere.

Once enabled, it will appear both in your website footer and in the settings of your mobile apps. You can link the Eula page yourself in any hyper link or CTA button by using the slug /eula

Marketing Video

If you have a paid SupaPass plan you can show off your brand with an impressive marketing video. Add one here in the Settings and it will appear in the dedicated Marketing Video block.

Contact Form

You also have the option to configure your Contact Form in the general settings. This will enable you to receive messages from visitors to your site. To find out more about setting up your Contact Form, why not check out our dedicated article?
