Connect Stripe to Collect Payments
To collect payments for your subscriptions and one-time purchases, you must connect a Stripe account to your SupaPass dashboard.
Stripe securely handles:
Checkout
Payment processing
Subscription billing
Payment methods
Invoices and receipts
SupaPass manages:
Products
Pricing
Access permissions
Stripe processes the payments.
Before You Start
You will need:
A Stripe account (you can create one during setup)
Access to your SupaPass dashboard
If you do not yet have a Stripe account, you can create one during the connection process.
How to Connect Stripe
On your SupaPass dashboard, navigate to Commerce > All Products
Click Connect Stripe Account.
A pop-up will appear. click on Connect with Stripe and you'll be redirected to Stripe (it will open a new tab)
Log in to your Stripe account (or create one).
Authorize the connection.
Once completed, Stripe will show as Linked in your SupaPass dashboard.
What Happens After Connecting?
After connecting Stripe:
Your SupaPass products are automatically synced to Stripe.
Checkout is enabled for your website or app.
Subscriptions are created automatically when users complete checkout.
Billing updates sync automatically between Stripe and SupaPass.
You do not need to manually create subscriptions in Stripe.
Stripe will process payments securely, and SupaPass will manage user access automatically.

Depending on your marketing and pricing strategy, you might consider setting up promotion codes. You can do this in Stripe ๐ You can find more info here
Important: Where to Manage Products and Pricing
Always manage products and pricing inside SupaPass. Do not create or edit products directly in Stripe. Stripe should only be used for:
Creating coupons and promotion codes
Configuring branding
Reviewing payments and billing
Editing products in Stripe can cause checkout errors.

Stripe is connected securely using Stripeโs API authorization. In most cases, no additional Stripe dashboard access is required.

Ensure you selected the correct Stripe account if you have multiple accounts.
