Troubleshooting for your iOS and Android app

Quick checks and the details to send us if you or your audience ever run into an issue with your iOS or Android app.

Your SupaPass app is built and tested to run smoothly on iPhone, iPad and Android devices, and most people will never need this page. We've put it together as a precaution, so if something ever doesn't look right for you or one of your users, you have a few quick checks to hand and know exactly what to send us.

What should I try first?

  • Update the app. Check the App Store (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android) for an update.

  • Restart the device and open the app again.

  • Reinstall the app if it still isn't right. Make sure you know your login details before you delete it.

  • On Android you can also clear the app's cache first: go to Settings > Apps > your app > Storage, then tap Clear cache.

While you sort it out, you can keep using your content on the website with the same login.

The app asks me to subscribe, but I already have access

Log out of the app and log back in. This refreshes your access, for example after a recent purchase or a change to your account. This works the same on iOS and Android.

What if it still isn't working?

Contact us and include via the app (in settings > contact support)

  • The app name

  • Your device model (for example iPhone 15 or Samsung Galaxy S24)

  • Your iOS or Android version

  • What you were doing when the problem happened

  • A screenshot or short screen recording, if you can

  • How much free storage the device has

Can I collect more diagnostic information?

iOS devices give us standard diagnostic information when you contact us via the app.

On Android, we'll let you know if we need any extra information.
