Secret Spaces are perfect when you want to:
Share private coaching session replays with a specific group
Give early access to unreleased content like music or videos
Keep internal resources visible only to your team
Create exclusive experiences without public access
Letâs explore how to set up and use Secret Space on your SupaPass platform.
What is a Secret Space?
A Secret Space is a type of product that is:
Completely hidden from public view
Not purchasable through your site or app
Only accessible via a private access code
đĄ Use this when you want content to be 100% hidden unless someone has been invited.
How to Create a Secret Space
Youâll create a Secret Space by setting up a product with âSecret accessâ.
To create a Secret Space:
Go to Commerce > Products & Access in your left-hand menu.
Click Create Product.
Under Access Type, choose Secret access.
Add a Product Name â make it clear so you can easily recognize it later.
Set a Product Web Link â this is a short internal code (canât be changed later).
Decide if you want to automatically add new content to this product.
You can toggle this on to save time when uploading lots of content.
You can still untick it for individual pieces of content when needed.
Add a product image (16:9 ratio) to help you identify it inside your dashboard.
(Optional) Fill in a short description and product summary for internal use.
Choose whether to publish now or schedule it for later.
â ď¸ Donât forget to click Save when youâre done!
đ Note: Creating a secret product is similar to creating any other product, just with âSecret accessâ selected as the access type.
Add Content to Your Secret Space
Once your product is set up, you can add content to it just like you would for any other product.
Top Tip
Content will only be hidden if it is only assigned to Secret Products.
If itâs also on a public or paid product, it will be visible there too.
Want to Charge for Hidden Content?
Secret Products are always free because theyâre invisible and not connected to a checkout
đĄ If you want to charge for private content, create a Paid Product and make the content invisible in the product settings instead.
Adding Users to Your Secret Space
Once your product is created and content is added, you can add users to it via your Sales Dashboard:
Click 'Create Subscription' from the main Sales Dashboard screen
2. On the next screen, select the product from the dropdown
3. Select the user email address from the dropdown
4. Specify the Interval as 'Once'
5. Set an end date if you want access to expire, otherwise leave it blank
6. Click 'Create Subscription'
