Adding content to products

Understand how content access works in SupaPass. Learn how free, login, and paid products interact, when to select multiple products, and how to manage content visibility efficiently

Updated this week

When adding content to your products, you don’t need to manually manage access for every product. SupaPass uses a simple access system where content automatically becomes available across the right products based on your selection. This guide explains how access levels work and when you need to select one or multiple products.

How Content Access Works

TLDR;

  1. Public → select Free (no login)

  2. Email capture → select Free (with login)

  3. Paid → select specific paid product(s)

When you add content, you only need to choose who should see it. The system automatically handles the rest. You usually only need to select one product. Let's explain the access levels.

The 3 Access Levels

Every channel includes three types of products:

  1. Free (no login)
    Anyone can view this content.

  2. Free (with login)
Users must sign up (email) to access.

  3. Paid products
    Users must purchase to access.

Access builds upwards
If someone has access to a higher level, they automatically get everything below it.

  • Paid users → also get free (with login) + free (no login)

  • Logged-in users → also get free (no login)

  • Visitors → only get free (no login)

So, for example - if you add content to “Free (no login)”, it will automatically be available in all other products.

When Do You Select Multiple Products?

You only select multiple products when paid content should be available in some paid products, but not all. For example, you have a video that should be available for two out of three paid products:

  • Paid Product A ✔

  • Paid Product B ✔

  • Paid Product C ✖

In this case, select multiple paid products. Content added to paid products will remain restricted to those paid products only.

Once you know which product to select, follow the steps below to add your content.

Adding content to one product

  2. Open the content tab and click the 'Add content' or click CTRL+K / CMD+K

  3. Search for the content title.

  4. Click on the content title to add to the product.

two products - free without login and free with login. the free with login product is selected.
