Adding Additional Admin Users to Your SupaPass Dashboard

As you grow, you may need to grant access to other members of your team to your SupaPass dashboard. This can be done by requesting additional admin users to be added to your account. This article will guide you through the process of adding new admin users to your SupaPass dashboard.

Step 1: Registering on SupaPass Website

In order to add a new Admin User to your SupaPass dashboard, the team member must first register on your SupaPass website. This can be done by following these simple steps:

Click the Preview button on your website.
Click the Register button and share this link with your team member.
Ask the team member to register their own email address and password.

Step 2: Add the admin seat and request access

Your first admin seat is included. Add extra seats in Usage and Plans for $9 per month each. Admin access is assigned per channel, and the team member must first register an account on your website. Then contact us via dashboard chat or success@supapass.com with their email address and the channel they should access.

Can I control the level of access an Admin User has?

It is possible to control if an admin receives email notifications or not. Click your name > Profile > E-mail notifications. This setting applies to each admin and is all or nothing. Turning it off also stops important notices such as “Your app failed”, as well as contact-form messages. If you have any further suggestions on controls you would like to see, please let us know.

Can I remove Admin Users?

Removing an admin user is done by the SupaPass team on request. Send us a message with the email address the admin signed up with and the channel they have access to, and let us know whether you would also like us to delete their account. It can take a few days for the removal to be processed.

Can an Admin User make changes to my SupaPass plan?

We will only accept requests to change or cancel your SupaPass plan from the Account Owner (the original account that you registered with).

Can Admin Users connect App Store accounts?

No, the developer accounts should be connected by the registered Account Holder/Owner for your store account. However, you can add additional Admins to both your Apple and Google developer accounts for other purposes.

Which login do admins use?

Your dashboard login (admin.supapass.com/login) uses the same email and password as your account on your own website and app, if you use the same email. Admin access still needs to be granted for the relevant channel.
