No Annual Membership Renewal
Unlike Apple, you only need to pay the registration fee once. There is no requirement to renew your agreement annually.
Minimal Agreement Acceptances
When you created your account, you were given the initial terms and conditions that you accepted. Going forward you will not need to accept new agreements as regularly as an Apple Developer. If an update is required for your agreement, you will be prompted the next time you login.
You should carefully read both the Terms of Service and Developer Distribution Agreement before submitting an app to the Play Store.
Maintaining Compliance
