SupaPass provides built-in account deletion tools that allow end users to request the removal of their data directly from your website and mobile apps. This supports data protection regulations, app store requirements, and gives users clear control over how their data is handled.

Account deletion can be initiated by users themselves, without needing to contact support, and follows a guided, confirmation-based process.

Right To Be Forgotten

Many jurisdictions recognise a legal “Right to be Forgotten,” allowing users to request the removal of their personal data.

As the data controller, you are responsible for:

  • Handling data deletion requests appropriately

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR

SupaPass websites and apps are designed to support GDPR-compliant data deletion. When a user requests account deletion:

  • Data is removed automatically where possible

  • If manual intervention is required, SupaPass will remove data from our systems and notify you if any action is needed on your side

How to delete a SupaPass user account

⚠️ Subscriptions are not cancelled automatically when an account is deleted. Users should cancel any active subscriptions before completing the deletion process.

How can users delete their account in the apps?

Follow these steps to delete an account in the apps:

  1. Tap the settings cog to open profile settings

  2. Tap Delete Account

  3. Read the information shown carefully

  4. Cancel any active subscriptions if needed

  5. Tap Delete and confirm when prompted

  6. You will be logged out automatically

  7. Check your inbox and confirm the deletion via email

How can users delete their account from the website?

Follow these steps to delete an account on the website:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner

  2. Select Profile Settings

  3. Scroll down and click Delete Account

  4. Review the subscription warning

  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

  6. You will be logged out automatically

  7. Check your inbox and confirm the deletion via email

Delete User Zaps (Zapier)

If user data is shared outside SupaPass using Zapier, you must ensure that deletion workflows remain active.

Best practices:

  • Keep Delete User Zaps enabled at all times

  • Do not disable deletion-related Zaps to conserve task limits

  • If needed, upgrade your Zapier plan rather than turning off essential Zap.

Can I delete my SupaPass admin account?

Yes, you can delete your SupaPass admin account by sending us a request to success@supapass.com. Please be aware that account deletion is irreversible and you must settle any outstanding invoices before we can remove your information.
