We understand the importance of doing business in your own language, which is why we've introduced Localization as a Beta feature. All new SupaPass websites default to US English as standard, but can be changed by request to another language.

Which languages do you support?
US English is the default. Translations are available for other languages, including French and Spanish. Contact us via dashboard chat to confirm the languages and translation coverage available for your website and apps.

Can you translate everything on my website?
Currently we translate the various elements on the page to your requested language, this does not include the options you can configure yourself such as the default menu links. We do not currently provide machine translations of your content.
Translation in other areas
Why are my emails in English?
Some of the framework is in English, so some system emails and other infrastructure will remain in English. The important things for you and your users will be in the language you set: your content, your landing pages, your products, etc. can be in any language and script.
Are you planning to add translations everywhere?
Full Internationalization is on our product roadmap, but is not in development at this time. If you'd like to see further translation options please let us know.
Can the apps be translated into another language?
Your website and apps can be translated. The apps follow the device language; there is no in-app language switch. Some system emails remain in English. Contact us via the chat in your SupaPass dashboard to discuss the language you need.
Which language does support use?
Our standard support language is English. You are welcome to write in your own language; this does not guarantee full support or translation coverage in every language.
