We’ve introduced clickable block elements to make editing your SupaPass landing pages faster, clearer, and more intuitive.
This feature was released to reduce friction when editing your pages, so you can spend less time searching through settings and more time creating and refining your content.
Why We Added This
Previously, finding the right setting for a specific element often meant clicking through multiple panels or guessing where a control lived.
Clickable block elements solve this by:
Making it immediately clear what can be edited
Taking you directly to the correct setting
Reducing trial and error when updating page content
The result is a smoother, more efficient editing experience — especially for larger or more complex landing pages.
What Are Clickable Block Elements?
When editing a landing page in the builder:
Individual elements inside a page block highlight with a blue dotted outline when you hover over them
This outline shows that the element can be edited directly
Clicking the element automatically opens the relevant settings in the side panel
This visual feedback removes ambiguity and helps you edit with confidence.
Good to Know💡 If you can see the blue dotted line, you’re one click away from the right settings.
How to Use Clickable Elements
Open one of your user-built landing pages in the website builder
Hover over elements within a page block
Look for the blue dotted outline
Click the element to open its settings in the side panel
Make your changes
Click Save to apply them
⚠️ Important: Changes are not saved automatically. You must click Save before exiting.
Using Block Icons for Faster Access
In addition to clicking elements directly:
Each block includes icons in the top-left corner - To edit the block, to edit the background video, to save the block and to exit the settings side panel of that block.
Background Video Editing
To change a background video, click the image icon in the top-left corner of the block
This takes you straight to the background settings for that block
This gives you multiple fast ways to reach the settings you need.
Important Editing Rules
To protect your changes and avoid accidental edits:
While the block settings side panel is open:
You cannot click into a different block
You cannot select another element
You must exit the current block’s settings before editing something else
Always click Save before moving on
