Audience Info Builder gives you full control over the data you collect from users—and we’ve made it easy to get started with a set of standard fields you can toggle on or off depending on your needs.
This article explains what each standard field does, how it appears to users, and things to keep in mind when using them.

How to Use Standard Questions
In your Audience Info Builder dashboard, scroll to the Standard Questions section just beneath the Custom User Data Collection Settings. You’ll see a list of data fields with toggles beside them. Simply switch them on to include them in your form. These fields will appear:
At the trigger points you’ve configured (e.g., after sign-up or purchase)
On the user's Account Settings

Changes save automatically as you toggle.
⚠️ Keep in mind! First Name, Last Name, and Username are always required and cannot be disabled.
